Daily Benefits Payable: 

  • First Day Hospital Confinement Benefit* (Pays once per year) – $1500
  • Daily Hospital Confinement Benefit* (Pays daily) – $300
  • Hospital Intensive Care Benefit* (Pays Daily) – $600

*Each benefit pays the amount shown. Multiple losses from same injury pay only up to amount shown above.
